Our refund policy is simple.  You may return your unopened package within 2 weeks of placing your order and we will refund you, no questions asked.

If your package has been opened, or altered in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

For international shipments, if the package has not been delivered within 30 days, we will issue a refund.  International shipping can take a long time, which is totally out of our control..

Please use the contact us form to let us know you will be returning a package to us and the tracking number of the return.  Orders will be refunded less shipping costs.
